You may use Bitelypro only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Service for:

• Spam, phishing, malware distribution, or any illegal activities
• Impersonating others or violating third-party rights
• Overloading, attacking, or disrupting the Service

2. User Responsibility

All shortened links, QR codes, and content destinations are your sole responsibility. Bitelypro does not review, monitor, or endorse any linked content. You are fully liable for any harm caused by links you create.

3. No Account Required – But Optional Future Features

Currently, no registration is needed. Link history is stored locally in your browser. We may introduce optional accounts in the future for cloud sync.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Bitelypro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
